This original oil was inspired by my pear trees during their Spring blooming season. Neighbors pass by in amazement and photograph these stunning bungles of floral clouds that greet me each morning through my kitchen window. I thought I'd try and paint them in a more geometric intent focusing on the negative shapes between the blooms.
